Founded in 1967, Iguaçu Co. acts in the production and commercialization of soluble coffee and its byproducts in the domestic market, besides being nowadays the 2nd larger exporter of soluble coffee in the country.

Established at the beginning of 2002, TQC-STI solution provided Iguaçu Co. the access and effective control to the updated documents, directly in the system, assuring the internal communication, the information management by the company‘s general coordination, activating with safety and quality the tasks to be accomplished.

Used as important tool of managerial information and support to the decision, TQC-STI solution made possible to Iguaçu Co. reduce the indirect costs, direct costs with printing of documents, better organization, reduction of non- conformities, access to updated information, besides the advantages of using a single database that guarantees the tracking of the whole pertinent documentation with access to the information in a simple and organized way.
