Customization

In any implantation project, there is the need to integrate the existent legacy systems. Xtrategus has wide experience in the integrations of world class ERPs, as well as in customized developed management systems. The professionals' of Xtrategus team analyzes and implements customization of technological solutions which are specific for the business model and the needs accordingly to each one of their customers.

Programmed technical support

ATP consists of an individual contract of hours stipulated monthly, with the validity of 12 months. The hours are cumulative, in other words, if in the current month there is not a visit call, the hours can be used the following months until the contract expiration.

Pilot Project Services (PP)

It is a development of a pilot project along with the customer. It consists of a consultancy service of post-training operational processes with the intention:

• To assist actively in the system parameterization according to the characteristics and particularities of the organization, guaranteeing a simple and effective standardization of the environment for subsequent use of their several involved departments;
• To accompany the managers users in their first steps in using the system(s) inside the organization areas, aiming to eliminate re-work and redundancies in the data input and subsequent selection of the interest information.

ASP

For the customers that do not want to worry about their technology structure, about maintenances of software and tools version, or that have scattered rendering services teams executing operational tasks that do not use computers, there is the possibility of using Xtrategus ASP.

Lease of Licenses

For the customers that want a licensing format without the acquisition of software, Xtrategus makes available the rent of their solutions.

The applications are made available for use through monthly lease for active user.
